Article 1 — Quotation & Order
1.1 Validity of quotation The quotation is valid for 30 days. Prices for natural stone and composite materials may be affected by availability and international supplier pricing, which means adjustments may occur. 1.2 Preliminary quotation Price estimates provided before measurement are preliminary. The final price is determined once drawings have been approved and any additional items— such as cut-outs, carrying, access requirements or specific installation needs —have been confirmed. Changes made after a quotation has been accepted mean that previously communicated timelines and costs are no longer binding. Both price and timeline may be adjusted based on the updated project conditions. 1.3 Binding order and payment terms An order becomes binding when the order is placed and the 50% deposit invoice has been paid. Materials are reserved and project planning begins once payment has been received. Payment terms: • 50% upon order (deposit invoice) • 50% after measurement and before production begins 1.4 Changes after measurement Changes made after measurement or after drawings have been produced constitute new project conditions and may affect both cost and delivery time. Changes to an approved drawing will be charged accordingly.
