Stonelab Sverige AB delivers custom work in natural stone. Each project is produced to agreed specifications and handled with professional care.

Natural stone varies in color, structure, and surface. These variations are part of the material and are not considered defects.

Materials supplied by us matching agreed specifications
Installation performed by us or our appointed partners meeting professional standards, where applicable

If an issue related to workmanship or supplied material is identified, we will review the situation and determine appropriate action.

Our responsibility does not include:

Natural variations in stone
Normal wear, aging, or patina
Damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, or environmental exposure
Work altered or performed by third parties
Issues arising after delivery or installation due to site or structural conditions

Reporting an issue

Any issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or installation. Supporting information may be requested.
